The object is an abandoned skeleton that is run-down, neglected and unused. It consists of a massive reinforced concrete skeleton - Module (12 x 9.6 m x 9.6 x 9.6 m). It is situated in a properly oriented toward the street, oriented to the south side. It situated in slightly sloping terrain, with excellent access to the city center, bus and railway stations. It is the perspective object for housing.

The architectural design is an ideological solution of the social housing, which is seen as a common housing for all - all age categories and generations. The functions of building are an "organism" that offers activities for all residents of the house. From the living room, cafes, shops, games area, to community gardens on the roof of the building. In this way, the building is self-sufficient and is approaching to the eco-housing. The House is connected with nature and manual labor. It seeks to bring together people - be socially oriented.

Object works with relatively large module shell - 12 x 9.6 m and 9.6 x 9.6 meters. Headroom in the accommodation section is about 4.5 meters. Module and significant headroom allow us to create economical, comfortable, duplex housing. It takes diverse range of apartments. Apartments are complemented by high windows at full height floor.
