Urban - architectural design is an ideological revitalisation of the zone localized in parallel with Račianska Street and the Railway Station Bratislava - Vinohrady.

The area is busy, it´s an important communication artery of the capital in the direction of Trnava. However, it´s a long neglected and it wasting his potential. The site is dilapidated and is an old industrial zone. The second part is in contrast with the first, because there is an residential zone, the houses. The zones are in contrast, separated important thoroughfare. In addition, In the area there is a railway station, which means a strong point for the further development of the capital city.

The proposal, it introduces the concept of a new outskirt of the city, a new urban zone. The Station Bratislava - Vinohrady gets a new meaning - becomes a new business center and bus station at the same time. It forms a new entry point to the capital. Furthermore, originally an industrial area is transformed into a new urban zone, with the main walking track. Along the pedestrian zone there are business centers, cultural centers and residential zone.

All this section is accompanied by a secondary railway line - we choose the new approach - a railway line overlaps park. It´s a creation of a safe and sustainable urban zone.

The proposal represents a comprehensive urban design of the new urban area, whose role is to enhance the development of the capital.
