The project is converting an old industrial building. The building is long abandoned, unused and neglected. It is proposed in the vicinity to build a new urban area, which will be revitalized and restored. The construction of old building is in a good condition. We design it thanks to its shape and space, to fulfill by the cultural functions. It´s divided into three floors. The Each offers a different function. The Significant is the common space on the ground floor.

The object should strengthen the development and life of the new town, called districts. It should become a center of culture and leisure.
