Performing Arts Center is a kind of cultural center, which is based on the name of "performance" - "performance". This is art that is transparent, open, unique, and unlimited extroverts. Promotes public life, look at art from another page, education and reflection. This is a "hybrid art."

This "hybrid" is our company currently unknown and distant. I tried to apply it, and bring to public life in the center of the action. Location Building Performance Centre is on Commerce Street in Bratislava, at the intersection of Poštová. It is a point in the center of town, where he meets most notably young people and there is an increased accumulation and movement of citizens. I find this place on the corner of two streets in significant and appropriate to its shape, location link facility performing center.

Elongated shape of the land, in parallel with the street, on the corner of localization and in a visible place, encourages the idea of ​​performing the city as a center of open, accessible and public. Mounted design object to open a temporary parterre, which follows the street. The building is open and makes the experience of art passerby. The object is not only the face but especially facade building open. Transparent facade wraps indoor public spaces and allows us to see what is happening inside the building - supports the idea of ​​performance centers. 

The building is made up of an integrated compact transparent envelope in which there are two cubes - hall with variable partitions. These rooms are adapted to the type of art and performances. Both cubes are accessible by ramps. Ramp is a public space accessible to visitors, space cubes are closed. Návšetevník has the opportunity to enter the interior, watch public performances on ramps and can attend performances in the hall. Performance Center to help support the arts, leisure activities and life in the city center.
